How long are training sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long, we make sure our sessions are planned and progressive so you can get the most from your session and work it around your busy lifestyle. 

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not. We will meet you where you're at and build a plan from there. We train lovely people just like you, we're not a scary intimidating body building gym.
